摘  要:氧化锌阀片因为具有优良的非线性而被广泛应用过电压保护装置,然而工程实践表明,过电压保护器常因个别氧化锌阀片能量不足、均能性差的问题而烧毁甚至爆炸,给电力系统运行造成危害,有鉴于此,提出了一种用于过电压保护器的高能氧化锌阀片的均能选片优化方法,首先,建立了ZnO阵列的阀片均能模型,并定义了均能系数指标,以衡量单个阀片承当能量的均衡性;接着,构建了ZnO配片优化模型,提出采用NSGA-Ⅲ算法进行求解,并提出优化流程,最后,通过实际配片需求对方法加以验证。本研究成果可为用于过电压保护器的ZnO规模化生产提供参考,具有一定的工程适用性。ZnO valve plate is widely used as over-voltage protection device because of its excellent nonlinearity.However,engineering practice shows that the over-voltage protector often burns or even explodes due to the energy shortage and poor energy sharing of individual zinc oxide valve plate,which causes harm to the operation of power system.In view of this,a kind of high energy zinc oxide valve plate for over-voltage protector is proposed.The optimization method of uniform energy chip selection.Firstly,the uniform energy model of ZnO array is established,and the index of uniform energy coefficient is defined to measure the balance of the energy of a single valve chip.Secondly,the optimization model of ZnO chip allocation is constructed,NSGA-Ⅲis proposed to solve the problem,and the optimization process is proposed.Finally,the method is verified by the actual chip allocation requirements.The research results can provide reference for the large-scale production of ZnO used in over-voltage protector,and have certain engineering applicability.
