摘 要:作为重要的过电压防护元件,ZnO压敏电阻片的性能也需要不断提高。对ZnO压敏电阻片制备工艺中聚乙烯醇(PVA)的影响进行了研究。通过对比不同PVA种类及含量对造粒的影响后发现,选用的PVA聚合度越高,烧结陶瓷的晶粒尺寸就越小;PVA的添加量越多,晶粒尺寸也越小;其次PVA的聚合度会影响到压敏陶瓷的晶界电阻和击穿场强,它们之间成正相关的趋势,但是过量添加PVA会导致其晶界电阻活化能减小,压敏特性降低,导致泄漏电流密度增大;采用低聚合度的PVA会改善电气性能,即提升其压敏特性并降低泄漏电流密度;造粒过程中,低聚合度PVA水溶液的配比与添加量对压敏电阻的晶界电阻及其活化能的影响较小。因此,造粒过程中推荐采用低聚合度、高醇解度的PVA以提高ZnO压敏电阻片电气性能的一致性。As an important overvoltage protection component in power systems, the properties of ZnO varistor, also need to be improved continuously. The influence of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) on the fabrication of ZnO varistors is studied. By changing the types and contents of PVA, it is found that the higher the polymerization degree of PVA, the smaller the grain size of sintered ceramics;the more the PVA is added, the smaller the grain size. Secondly, the polymerization degree of PVA has impact on the grain boundary resistance and the breakdown field of the varistor, where they had a positive correlation in between. However, excessive addition of PVA led to the decrease of the activation energy of the grain boundary resistance and the nonlinearity, ZnO varistors showing an increased leakage current density. Thirdly, PVA with low degree of polymerization improved electrical properties of ZnO varistors, that is, improving the nonlinearity but meanwhile decreasing the leakage current density. In the process of granulation, the concentration and content of PVA aqueous solution with low degree of polymerization little influence on the grain boundary resistance and its activation energy. Therefore, it is recommended to use PVA with a low degree of polymerization in the process of granulation, by which ZnO varistors will have low-scattering electrical properties.
