摘  要:影响空心复合绝缘子机械强度的因素除了材料本身应力和管壁厚外,胶装结构的设计尤为重要。通过对固定胶装比下,不同胶装间隙的产品,以及对固定间隙下,不同胶装比的产品的机械性能研究,确定了合理的胶装间隙,适宜的胶装比,获取空心复合绝缘子理想的弯曲强度,从而指导产品设计,满足产品机械性能要求的同时,使设计成本最小化,提高产品性价比。The factors affecting the mechanical strength of hollow composite insulators are not only the material stress and pipe wall thickness, but also the design of binding structure. Through the research on the mechanical properties of products with different binding clearance under fixed binding ratio and products with different binding ratio under fixed binding clearance, a reasonable binding clearance and an appropriate binding ratio were determined to obtain an deal bending strength of the composite hollow insulator, thus to guide the product design and meet the mechanical performance requirements of the product, while minimizing the cost performance of the product.
