摘  要:采用EDEM软件数值模拟了在无翅片,以及分别带有直翅片、直角翅片和弯角翅片的六棱柱滚筒冷渣机内灰渣颗粒的换热情况。六棱柱冷渣管内接圆半径为300 mm,长度为500 mm,壁厚为10 mm,滚筒转速为6 r/min,填充率为30%,初始温度为360 K;灰渣颗粒粒径d=4 mm,初始温度为1200 K。通过分析六棱柱滚筒冷渣机内灰渣颗粒的运动轨迹、温度概率密度函数(Temperature Probability Density Function,T-PDF)和平均温度等实验结果,证明了增加翅片结构能够显著提高六棱柱冷渣管的换热效率,相对于无翅片的六棱柱冷渣管,带有直翅片、直角翅片和弯角翅片的六棱柱冷渣管整体换热效率分别提高了43%、57%和64%;设计出内部容积更大、并能将更多灰渣颗粒带到六棱柱冷渣管顶端的翅片,有可能进一步提高六棱柱冷渣管的换热效率。EDEM software was used to simulate the heat transfer of ash particles in the hexagonal cylinder slag cooler without fins,with straight fins,right angle fins and bend angle fins.The inscribed circle radius of the hexagonal slag tube is 300 mm,the length is 500 mm,the tube thickness is 10 mm,the slag cooler speed is 6 r/min,the filling rate is 30%,the initial temperature of slag cooler is 360 K;the ash particle diameter is 4 mm,and the initial temperature of ash particles is 1200 K.The ash particle motion trajectory,Temperature Probability Density Function(T-PDF)and average temperature in the hexagonal slag tube were analyzed,the results show that the heat transfer efficiency of the hexagonal cylinder slag tube can be significantly improved by adding fin structure.Compared with the non fin hexagonal cylinder slag tube,the overall heat transfer efficiency of the straight fins,right angle fins and bend angle fins is increased by 43%,57%and 64%respectively;it is possible to further improve the heat transfer efficiency of the hexagonal slag tube by designing fins with larger internal volume,which can bring more ash particles to the top of the hexagonal cylinder slag tube.
