摘 要:胸骨凹陷畸形俗称漏斗胸是儿童最常见的先天性胸廓畸形,患儿自身不能自行修复,而且随着年龄增长,胸骨凹陷畸形程度会越来越重。其造成的直接影响是胸腔容积缩小、肺容量降低、心脏异位、心肺功能受损。胸部的畸形也给患者带来异于常人的心理负担,容易产生情绪波动、狂躁抑郁、精神异常等。目前微创漏斗胸矫形术是最常用的手术治疗方式,本文通过研究利用3D定制化金属打印技术、多角度视觉建模技术和个性化胸骨凹陷畸形矫形器建模技术提高微创漏斗胸矫形术中的手术精度、安全性和治疗效果。同时为患者提供术后康复效果的仿真模拟,帮助患者坚定手术决心并重拾对未来生活的信心。The sternal depression is commonly known as pectus excavatum,which is the most common congenital deformity of sternum in children.The children themselves cannot repair them by themselves,and moreover,the sternum depression deformity will become more and more serious with age.The direct effects are chest volume reduction,lung volume reduction,cardiac offset,and cardiopulmonary function impaired.Abnormal chest appearance will bring children such serious psychological burdens as emotional fluctuation,mania,depression,mental abnormality,etc.At present,minimally invasive correction of pectus excavatum is the most commonly used.This study improves the accuracy,safety and therapeutic effect of minimally invasive correction of pectus excavatum by using 3 Dcustomized metal printing technology,multi-angle visual modeling technology and personalized sternum depression deformity modeling technology.Meanwhile,the simulation of postoperative rehabilitation effect is provided for patients,which will strengthen their determination to be operated,survived and to regain confidence in future life.
