摘 要:由于核电站长期运行,主热传输系统中杂质被活化,使主回路内放射性居高不降。为降低系统放射性,应选用高精度、性能优异的滤芯收集系统内的放射性超细微粒。本文在综合分析目前国际上通用的纸质滤芯、玻璃纤维滤芯和纳米纤维滤芯的基本特点、材质、过滤效率和使用寿命的基础之上,采用玻璃纤维滤芯来替代现有的纸质滤芯过滤器,并对比研究玻璃纤维滤芯过滤效率、过滤率和滤芯析出物,研究结果表明采用玻璃纤维滤芯来替代现有的纸质滤芯是完全可行的。Due to the long term operation of the nuclear power plant,impurities in the main heat transfer system can be activated,so that the main circuit can be highly radioactive.In order to reduce the radioactivity of the system,the filter element with high precision and excellent performance should be used to collect the ultrafine radioactive particles in the system.The service life of paper filter element is generally 18 months,while the overhaul cycle of Qinshan NPPⅢis 24 months.Therefore,in order to improve efficiency,it is necessary to choose filter element materials with a life of more than 24 months.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the filtration efficiency,service life and some other characteristics of the currently internationally used paper filter,glass fiber filter and nanometer fiber filter,the writer of this paper used glass fiber filters to replace the existing paper filters and made an in-depth study on the filtration efficiency and filtration rate and precipitate.The results show that it is feasible to use glass fiber filter element to replace paper filter element.
