某中压断路器生产线的升级改造

摘　　要：目前与一开关厂做联合研究,发现该开关厂中压断路器装配工序落后、效率低、质量稳定性人为因素比较大,故该产线的升级改造势在必行。借鉴目前市场上的主流自动化产线的特点,以及数字化对产线数据采集的一些要求,工厂管理层与相关专家经过多次的论证和沙盘模拟,从生产线合理布局入手,考虑安全、节拍、效率、质量及数字化信息采集,制定新产线的工序和工艺要求,得出解决问题的最佳方案。经过实际验证,改造后的产线达到预期的目标。At present we do a joint research with a switchgear factory and find that the assembling process of medium-voltage circuit breakers is so backward and inefficient,and that the quality of products is so unstable that the upgrade of its production line is imperative.Considering the characteristics of mainstream automated production line in the market as well as the requirements of digitalization for the data collection of production line,the factory management and related experts carry out demonstration and board simulation on many occasions.Starting from the reasonable layout of production line and the safety,tack time,efficiency,quality and digitalized info collection,we lay down the process and technology requirements of new production line and obtain the best solution.After being verified in practice,the upgraded production line has reached the desired goal.
