基于CATIAV5的典型机械零件的逆向造型研究

摘  要:零件模型设计是设计过程中必不可少的设计方法,在产品建模、裁缝和产品组织中起着重要作用。使用CAD/CAM CATIAV5软件及其设计单元的相应零件,实现零件的三维模型设计,并且根据NC处理模块中的2.5轴铣削过程,该单元仿制工具是实现快速验证的方式,同时进行检查。无论是明显的过度切削还是分心,都可以在满足要求之后创建正确的NC程序,从而缩短整个生产周期,提高产品质量并显著降低成本。Parts model design is an indispensable link in the process of mechanical designing,which plays an important role in product modeling,tailoring and product organization.CAD/CAM CATIAV5 software and the corresponding parts of its designing unit can be applied to realize the 3 dmodel designing,and according to the 2.5 axis milling process in the NC processing module,the cloning tool of this unit can achieve rapid verification and inspection at the same time.Whether it is obvious excessive cutting or distracting,a right NC program can be created if the requirements are met,resulting in a shorter overall production cycle,improved product quality and significantly reduced costs.
