摘  要:采用低碳高猛成分设计,添加适量的Cr、Ni、Cu等合金元素及Nb、Ti微合金元素,结合控轧控冷及弛豫工艺,成功开发了基于应变设计的管径1219 mm、壁厚26.4 mmX80HD抗大变形钢板,钢板具有铁素体+贝氏体的双相组织特点。钢板经过直缝埋弧制管后,管体纵向屈服强度540~580 MPa,抗拉强度680-740 MPa,屈强比0.79-0.84;R_(t1.5)/R_(t0.5)>1.14,R_(t2.0)/R_(t1.0)>1.04;U_(el)>0.8;所开发的焊管具有较低的屈强比、良好的均匀延伸率、较高的硬化指数、较好的抗大变形能力,完全满足项目设计技术规范要求。X80HD large deformation resistant steel plate with pipe diameter of 1219mm and wall thickness of 26.4mm was successfully developed based on strain design by using low-carbon high-manganese composition design,adding proper amount of alloy elements such as Cr,Ni and Cu and micro-alloying elements such as Nb and Ti,and adopting controlled rolling,controlled cooling and relaxation process.The microstructure of the steel plate is ferrite+bainite.After that,steel plate is subjected to JCOE pipe manufacturing,the longitudinal yield strength of the pipe body is 540-580MPa,the tensile strength is 680-740 MPa,and the yield ratio is 0.79-0.84;R_(t1.5)/R_(t0.5)>1.14,R_(t2.0)/R_(t1.0)>1.04;U_(el)>0.8;The developed welded pipe has low yield ratio,good uniform elongation,high hardening index and good large deformation resistance,which fully meets the requirements of technical specifications for project design.
