摘  要:钢铁生产是利用炭对矿石氧化物还原的过程,是温室气体及其它污染物排放的一个主要来源。氢气是一种无污染、来源广、效率高、还原性好的气体,氢冶金这种以氢气还原取代碳还原的新型冶炼方法可以摆脱对焦炭资源的依赖,并能大量减少CO_(2)的排放,成为了一个新发展方向。本文对氢冶金的重要性、氢,气直接还原铁、直接还原铁机理和特点、直接还原铁的性能、高炉氢冶金、混氢冶金、全氢冶金、氢冶金的问题进行了分析和介绍。我们相信复冶金的发展既可以实现传统的钢铁冶炼技术的转型升级和节能减排,同时也能促进大规模的氢气使用,推动氢能产业的发展。Iron and steel production is a process of reducing ore oxides by carbon.It is a main source of greenhouse gas and other pollutants.Hydrogen is a kind of gas with no pollution,which is wide in source,high in efficiency and good in reducibility.Hydrogen metallurgy,a new ironmaking method using hydrogen reduction instead of carbon reduction,can get rid of the dependence on coke resources and greatly reduce CO_(2)emission,which has become a new development direction.This paper analyzes and introduces the importance of hydrogen metallurgy,hydrogen direct reduced iron,the mechanism and characteristics of direct reduction of iron,the performance of direct reduced iron,hydrogen metallurgy of blast furnace,mixed hydrogen metallurgy,pure hydrogen metallurgy,the problems of hydrogen metallurgy.We believe that the development of hydrogen metallurgy can not only realize the transformation and upgrading of traditional steel smelting technology,save energy and reduce C02 emission,but also enlarge the scale of hydrogen usage and promote the development of hydrogen energy industry.
