摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病病人血清总胆汁酸水平与弦滑脉之间的关系,为冠心病中医辨证提供一定的临床客观依据。方法收集207例冠心病住院病人的一般资料、中医脉象、西医生化指标等信息,以是否有弦脉或/和滑脉进行分组,比较各组生化指标,分析弦滑脉与血清总胆汁酸水平之间的关系。结果207例冠心病病人中,无弦脉无滑脉者(无弦滑脉组)68例、无弦脉有滑脉者(单独滑脉组)37例、有弦脉无滑脉者(单独弦脉组)59例、有弦脉有滑脉者(弦滑脉组)43例。弦滑脉组血清总胆汁酸水平较其他各组升高,其中,无弦滑脉组和弦滑脉组血清总胆汁酸水平比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。结论冠心病病人血清总胆汁酸水平与弦滑脉之间有一定关系。Objective To explore the correlation between taut and smooth pulse and serum total bile acid in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 207 hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease were continuously enrolled.The general conditions of the patients,the pulse condition of traditional Chinese medicine,and biochemical indicator were collected.The patients were divided into 4 groups according to whether they had taut pulse or/and smooth pulse.The correlation between taut and smooth pulse and serum total bile acid level was analyzed.Results Among the 207 patients with coronary heart disease,there were 68 patients without taut pulse or smooth pulse,37 patients with smooth pulse and without taut pulse,59 patients with taut pulse and without smooth pulse,43 patients with taut and smooth pulse.Serum total bile acid level in taut and smooth pulse group was higher than that in the other three groups.There was statistically significant difference in total bile acid level between group without taut or smooth pulse and group with taut and smooth pulse(P=0.042).Conclusion Serum total bile acid level is related to taut and smooth pulse in patients with coronary heart disease.
