摘 要:采用高焓大气等离子喷涂技术,以纳米级ZnO、Al_(2)O_(3)和TiO_(2)为原料,通过固相反应制得以ZnAl_(2)O_(4)为主相的陶瓷粉末,加入粘结剂聚乙烯醇(PVA),通过喷雾造粒的方法制备复合吸波陶瓷涂层(简称为AZT涂层)。分析了AZT涂层的微观结构和相组成,探究了喷涂功率对AZT涂层微波介电性能的影响。结果表明,AZT涂层对比粉末有了较大变化,ZnAl_(2)O_(4)在高温等离子火焰中发生部分分解,TiO_(2)以非计量化学比形式析出。介电性能测试表明,随着喷涂功率的增加,涂层介电常数ε′下降,损耗角正切值tanδ在0.11~0.15之间变化,呈现着先增加后下降的趋势。在功率为60 kW时,介电常数达到最低的6.38,损耗角正切值达到最低的0.11。In this paper,high enthalpy atmospheric plasma spraying technology is used to prepare ceramic powders with ZnAl_(2)O_(4) phase and TiO_(2) as secondary phase by solid phase reaction with nano ZnO,Al_(2)O_(3) and TiO_(2) as raw materials.The composite ceramic coating is prepared by spray pelleting with adhesive polyvinyl alcohol(PVA).The microstructure and phase composition of AZT coating are analyzed,and the effect of spraying power on microwave dielectric properties of AZT coating is explored.The results show that the contrast powder of AZT coating has a great change,ZnAl_(2)O_(4) decomposes partially in high temperature plasma flame,and TiO_(2) precipitates in non stoichiometric form.The dielectric property test shows that the dielectric constantε′of the coating increases with the increase of spraying power.The tangent value of loss angle tanδis in the range of 0.11-0.15,it shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the power is 60 kW,the dielectric constant reaches the lowest 6.38 and the loss tangent reaches the lowest 0.11.
