摘　　要：血流导向装置作为一种血管重建技术,对颅内复杂动脉瘤(大型、巨大型及复发动脉瘤等)的治疗是有效的,但术后仍可能出现并发症。作者报道1例采用Surpass Streamline血流导向装置治疗的颈内动脉海绵窦段大型动脉瘤术后并发动眼神经麻痹的病例,并通过回顾临床资料和复习国内外文献,讨论该并发症的发生原因以及治疗方法,以期为临床医师提供参考。As a vascular reconstruction technique,blood flow diverter is effective in the treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms(large,giant and complex aneurysms,etc.),but postoperative complications may still occur.This article reported a case of oculomotor nerve paresis after treatment of large cavernous sinus aneurysm of internal carotid artery with Surpass Streamline flow diverter.By reviewing clinical data and domestic and foreign literatures,the authors discussed the causes and treatment of this complication to provide reference for clinicians.
