摘  要:节能减排必将是电厂的发展趋势,通过技术参数调整进行节能减排,是最节约成本的方法。通过对炉底漏风率的调整,关闭干排渣观察口、调整干排渣冷却风门风量、处理漏点等措施降低干排渣漏风率,通过研究表明锅炉漏风率减少后,两台机组飞灰含碳量、锅炉排烟温度及引风机电流都有不同程度的降低,通过估算,两台机组每年可节约成本约357万元,达到节能减排的效果,增加了机组的经济性。Energy saving and emission reduction will definitely be the development trend of power plants.Energy saving and emission reduction through technical parameter adjustment is the most costsaving method.By adjusting the air leakage rate at the bottom of the furnace,closing the dry slagging observation port,adjusting the air volume of the dry slagging cooling air door,and dealing with leaks to reduce the dry slagging air leakage rate,the research shows that the boiler air leakage rate is reduced.The carbon content,boiler exhaust temperature and induced draft fan current have been reduced to varying degrees.It is estimated that the two units can save 3.57 million yuan in cost each year,achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction,and increase the economy of the unit.
