摘　　要：针对文丘里洗涤器,文章详细分析了该类设备的结构特点与制造难点,制定工艺流程,结合制造难点有针对性的制定了工艺方案及控制措施等,对此类体积小,结构复杂的产品进行研制,掌握其设计和制造技术,为优化类似产品的设计和制造奠定了基础。According to the venturi scrubber,the article analyzes the structure characteristics and manufacturing difficulties of the equipment,developed the technological process,make process plan and control measures according to the difficulties,to this kind of small size,complex structure of the product is developed,master its design and manufacturing technology,it lays a foundation for optimizing the design and manufachture of similar products.
