摘　　要：下肢静脉曲张是外科的常见疾病,中国发病率较高。下肢静脉曲张及其合并症严重影响患者生存质量,增加患者经济负担,加重社会医疗压力。既往的手术方式是通过物理和化学的方式关闭浅静脉的反流源头,并封闭相关的曲张静脉,但对于病变穿静脉在下肢静脉曲张病程演变中的作用和处理指征尚不明朗,本文总结以往文献,对其解剖、诊断、评估和病程演变过程进行简要综述。Varicose vein of the lower extremity is a common surgical disease with relatively high incidence in China.Lower extremity varicose vein and complications seriously affect the quality of life of patients,increase the economic burden of patients,and increase social medical pressure.The previous surgical approach is to physically and chemically close the source of superficial venous reflux and seal related varicose vein.However,the role of perforating vein in the evolution of lower extremity varicose vein and the indications for treatment are unclear.This article summarizes previous literature and reviews the anatomy,diagnosis,assessment and evolution of the disease course.
