摘　　要：以某项目的侧壁平面加工过程的试制工艺研究为背景。重点就侧壁平面变形分析、加工状态的平面与装配状态下平面一致性等方面进行了探讨,形成侧壁大型平面加工工艺方案。In order to study the trial process of coal burning machine pressure cylinder manufacturing process as the background,is paper foucuses on the analysis of the plane deformatiaon of the side wall and the consistency between the plane in the processing state and the plane in the assembiy state,so as to form the processing scheme of the large plane of the side wall.
