田园综合体模式下的养老设施环境设计研究

摘　　要：近年我国养老设施的发展观念,已从最初注重量的增长转变为关注品质的提升,高品质的养老设施已然成为大多数人的养老夙愿。采用田园综合体与养老设施相结合的模式,能够给养老产业带来优势,不仅符合我国乡村振兴战略的基本内涵,而且有助于改善乡村地区的基础设施,为发展注入了新的活力。在总结我国养老模式现状及其需求变化的基础上,以田园养老的需求分析为前提,结合田园综合体模式下养老设施的概念及服务模式,从传承乡村传统风貌、丰富田园生活属性、依循老人个体特征、根据功能逐项设计等4个方面提出了具体的设计策略。In recent years, the development concept of elderly care facilities in China has changed from focusing on quantity to focusing on the improvement of quality. High quality facilities have become the long cherished wish of most elderly people. The combination of rural complex and elderly care facilities can bring advantages to the industry, which is not only in line with the basic connotation of China’s Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also helps to improve the infrastructure in rural areas and injects new vitality into development. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of China’s elderly care mode and its demand changes, this paper takes the demand analysis of rural residence as the premise, combines with the concept and service mode of elderly care facilities under the rural complex mode, and puts forward specific design strategies from four aspects, i.e., inheriting rural traditional style, enriching rural life attributes, following the individual characteristics of the elderly, and designing item by item according to functions.
