摘 要:为了研究垂直隔板开孔率对液体晃荡特性的影响,采用六自由度运动模拟平台,在外激励频率为0.8~1.2倍无隔板液舱一阶固有频率范围内,对安装不同开孔率垂直隔板的矩形液舱开展了一系列晃荡试验。试验结果表明:不同外激励频率作用下开孔率为0.1的开孔隔板在减小液体最大晃荡波高和部分位置的最大冲击压强等方面优于无孔隔板;开孔隔板抑制液舱晃荡的效果随着开孔率的减小而增强;外激励频率为固有频率时,晃荡波的主要频率成分为外激励频率;外激励频率偏离固有频率时,晃荡波的主要频率除了外激励频率外还存在其倍频,且倍频成分随开孔率的增大而逐渐消失。To study the effect of perforation rate of vertical baffle on the liquid sloshing characteristics,a six-degree-of-freedom motion simulation platform was used to conduct a series of sloshing lests in a rectangular tank with the bafles of different perforation rate.The external excitation frequency values are 0.8~1.2 time the first-order natural frequency of the tank.The results show that the perforated baffle with a porosity of 0.1 is better than an unperforated bafle in reducing the maximum sloshing wave height and the maximum impact pressure at some places under different external excitation frequencies.The damping effect on sloshing of the perforated baffle increases with the decrease of the perforation rate.When the external excitation frequeney is the natural frequeney,the main frequency component of the sloshing wave height is the same as the external excitation frequency.When the external excitation frequency is not the natural frequency,the main frequeney of the sloshing wave height also has a frequency multiplication,and the frequency multiplication gradually disappears with the increase of the perforation rate.
