摘 要:在新形势驱动下,亟须对工科研究生培养模式进行改进,对工科研究生的培养中,理论基础与实践应用同样重要。提出采用基础与应用相结合的新工科研究生培养模式,从新形势下工科研究生的创新精神和实践能力的培养需求为切入点,对培养模式进行探索与修正;以导师导向机制为基础,建立相应的研究生引导体系和激励机制;最后结合北京理工大学培养环节实施方案,展现基础与应用相结合培养方案取得的初步成效,为进一步提升工科研究生的培养质量奠定基础。Driven by the new situation,there is an urgent need to improve the training mode of engineering postgraduates.In the training of engineering postgraduates,the theoretical basis and practical application are equally important.This paper puts forward a training mode for Emerging Engineering Education postgraduates that combines foundation and application,and explores and modifies the training mode from the training needs of engineering postgraduates’innovative spirit and practical ability under the new situation.Based on the tutor guidance mechanism,this paper establishes the corresponding postgraduate guidance system and incentive mechanism.Finally,combined with the implementation plan of the training link of Beijing Institute of Technology,we will show the preliminary results of the training plan of combining foundation and application,so as to lay a foundation for further improvement of the training quality of engineering postgraduates.
