摘  要:以氯化钴和碳酸氢铵为原料,采用湿式沉淀法制备超细球形碳酸钴粉末,考察反应过程中原料浓度、搅拌速度、反应时间及反应温度对粉末形貌和粒度分布的影响。实验得出优化合成工艺条件为:碳酸氢铵浓度190 g/L,氯化钴浓度150 g/L,反应温度28~30℃,反应时间120 min,搅拌速率400 r/min。在优化条件下碳酸钴粒度分布均匀且范围窄,D50为1.26~1.60μm,费氏粒度为0.2~0.3μm,形貌为球形小颗粒团聚体。Ultrafine spherical cobalt carbonate powder was prepared by direct precipitation method using cobalt chloride and ammonium bicarbonate as raw materials.The effects of raw material concentration,stirring speed,reaction time and reaction temperature on the morphology and particle size distribution of the product were investigated.The results show that the optimal synthesis conditions are as follows:the concentration of ammonium bicarbonate is 190 g/L,the concentration of cobalt chloride is 150 g/L,the reaction temperature is 28~30℃,the reaction time is 120 min,and the stirring rate is 400 r/min.Under the optimal conditions,the particle size distribution of cobalt carbonate is uniform and the range is narrow,D50 is 1.26~1.60μm,Fsss is 0.2~0.3μm.The morphology is small spherical aggregates with high phase purity.
