摘  要:目的:采用超声和剪切联合超临界CO_(2)法制备得到姜黄素脂质体。方法:采用单因素实验考察超声功率、剪切速度、大豆磷脂添加量、姜黄素添加量对姜黄素脂质体包封率和粒径大小的影响。结果:在压力20 MPa、温度45℃、剪切速度5000 r/min、超声功率45 W、大豆磷脂添加量为83%、姜黄素添加量为3%的条件下,得到包封率94.23%±0.22%,平均粒径171.13 nm±13.60 nm的均匀分布的球形微粒;姜黄素脂质体体外释放率比原料提高10倍。结论:超声和剪切联合超临界CO_(2)法制备的姜黄素脂质体包封率高,粒径小,无溶剂残留,操作简单,具有显著的应用优势。Objective:Using ultrasonic and shear combined supercritical CO_(2) method to prepare curcumin liposome.Methods:Research on the effects of ultrasonic power,high speed shear,addition of soybean lecithin(PC%)and added amount of curcumin(Cur%)on encapsulation rate(EE)and particle size of curcumin liposomes(CL).Results:Under the conditions of shear speed 5000 r/min,ultrasonic power 45 W,PC%was 83%,Cur%was 3%,the maximum EE of CL was 94.23%±0.22%,the average particle size was 171.13 nm±13.60 nm.The TEM showed CL were uniform spheres.The vitro release rate of curcumin was improved tenfold.Conclusion:CL prepared by this method have high encapsulation rate,small particle size,no solvent residue and simple operation.
