摘　　要：文中介绍了细旦黑色抗老化丙纶、黑色母粒细旦黏胶、土豪金色反光涤纶的性能特点,探讨了采用50%的细旦黑色抗老化丙纶、43%的黑色母粒黏胶与7%的土豪金色反光涤纶生产混纺纱线的生产实践,介绍其工艺流程和各工序工艺控制要点,测试混纺纱线的成纱性能。并且开发出一种新型的轻盈、保暖、耐磨、抗起球而且时尚的专配保暖打底裤及裤袜的纱线。In this paper, the performance characteristics of denier black anti aging polypropylene fiber, black masterbatch viscose fiber and local gold reflective polyester fiber are described. The production practice of producing blended yarn with 50% fine denier black anti aging polypropylene, 43% black masterbatch viscose and 7% local gold reflective polyester is introduced. The process flow and key points of process control are introduced. The yarn properties are tested. A new lightweight, heat resistant, wear-resistant and anti-pilling fashionable fashion matching underwear and tights yarn are developed.
