低色度漆蜡精制工艺研究

摘　　要：本文通过对粗漆蜡的脱臭、脱色顺序进行实验,研究了漆蜡脱臭温度、脱臭搅拌速度对漆蜡脱臭性能的影响及漆蜡脱色搅拌速度、脱色时间、脱色温度、脱色剂添加比例、脱色次数对漆蜡脱色性能的综合比较,得出了较佳的低色度漆蜡精制工艺。Through experiment of the deodorization,bleacheing sequences of raw lacquer wax,deodorization,the effect of deodorization temperature,deodorization stiring speed on the properties of lacquer wax deodorization was studied,as well as effect of lacquer wax decoloring stirring speed,the bleaching time,bleaching temperature,proportion of decolorizing agent added,decoloring times on the performance of decolorization of lacquer wax,and better low chromatic lacquer wax refining process was obtained.
