摘  要:机械工件在加工过程中会产生毛刺,毛刺对外观质量、加工精度、装配精度等许多方面产生不良的影响,因此随着机械工业的发展,对去毛刺的工艺要求日益提高。本研究可以通过改变工件相对磨粒流的运动速度及改变磨粒流的压力,对工件表面进行研磨,从而让达到去毛刺和抛光的效果,完成机械工艺打磨等难以实现的复杂表面抛光。此技术具备降低劳动力成本、延长零件寿命、降低废品率、减少检验次数等优点。Burr will be produced in the machining process of mechanical workpiece,which has an adverse impact on appearance quality,machining accuracy,assembly accuracy and so on.With the development of mechanical industry,the process requirements for deburring are increasing.This equipment can grind the workpiece surface by changing the movement speed of the workpiece relative to the abrasive flow and changing the pressure of the abrasive flow,so as to achieve the effect of deburring and polishing,and complete the complex surface polishing difficult to achieve,such as mechanical process grinding.This equipment can reduce the labor cost,prolong the service life of parts,reduce the scrap rate and reduce the inspection times.
