摘　　要：当前Ⅱ类热水器的结构设计关键点在于电加热元件(电加热体)的结构设计,本文依据标准GB 4706.12[3]、GB 4706.11[4],列举分析了以下几种Ⅱ类热水器及其加热元件的安全结构设计要点:管状电热元件Ⅱ类热水器结构、陶瓷支架电热丝加热体Ⅱ类热水器结构、电磁加热体Ⅱ类热水器结构。At present,the key point of structural design of class Ⅱ water heater lies in the structural design of electric heating element (electric heater).According to the standards GB 4706.12;and GB 4706.11;,this paper lists and analyzes the following key points of safety structural design of class Ⅱ water heater and its heating element:Class Ⅱ water heater structure of tubular electric heating element,class Ⅱ water heater structure of ceramic support electric heating wire,Structure of electromagnetic heating class Ⅱ water heater.
