摘  要:该技术方案属宁波科技创新2025重大专项“智能工厂智能引擎研发”(编号:2019B10082)过程中,形成的系列研究成果之一。本文解析一种USB电源的电性能自动测试方案的实现,通过对相应的国际、国家标准以及行业标准的测试要求和规范收集,对相关测试条款进行分类层别。利用Labview的开发环境,通过USB串口等控制交流电源输出所需频率和电压的交流电,控制负载为所需拉载的电流。通过读取功率计和板端电压表等测量输入输出相关参数,计算效率。通过软件自动控制示波器触发状态,控制电源输出或者关闭,抓取所需状态切换波形曲线并显示记录相关曲线波形。简言之,自动测试系统通过电脑软件控制多台仪器,完成自动化测试功能,大幅度的降低了人力成本、提高测试效率、增强测试的一致性和精确性,满足日益更新的测试需求。This technical solution is one of major project research results formed in the process of NingBo Science and Technology Inovation 2025 which belong to “Intelligentt Factory and Intelligent Engine R&D” item (No:2019B10082).This paper analyzes the implementation of an automatic test scheme for the electrical performance of USB power supply,and classifies the relevant test clauses by collecting the test requirements and specification of the corresponding international,national and industry standards.Using labview development environment,through USB serial port to control the required frequencies and voltage of the AC power output,also control the test load of the DC loader and by reading the parameters of power meter and voltage of voltmeter.The system record all test reading on the test equipment and calculating the average efficient.Through the automatic control of oscilloscope trigger state,by control the AC power on and off which could gain and record the required test waveform.In a word,the automatic testing system controls several instruments through computer software to complete the automatic testing function,which greatly reduces the labor costs,improve the test efficiency,enhance the consistency and accuracy of the test and meets the increasingly updated test need.
