变频空调器能效的试验验证与优化分析

摘  要:近年来,随着海外市场能效标准的逐步提升,变频空调器的市场份额也在逐步加大;本文通过试验验证,首先对比两点法与三点法测试差异,结果表明两点法测试35 ℃中间负荷点对IDRS(制冷季节性能系数)起正向作用,三点法测试该点则起反向作用;三点法测试IDRS相对两点法可提升23.4 %;其次以三点法为计算方式,对比外机交、直流电机对能效的影响,结果表明直流电机方案相比交流电机IDRS可提升16.2 %。In recent years,with the gradual improvement of energy efficiency standards in overseas markets,the market share of inverter air conditioners has been gradually increasing,the results show that the two-point method has a positive effect on IDRS (seasonal coefficient of refrigeration performance),and the three-point method has a negative effect on IDRS (seasonal coefficient of refrigeration performance),and the three-point method can improve IDRS by 23.4 % The results show that compared with the IDRS of AC motor,the IDRS of AC motor can be improved by 16.2 %.
