摘　　要：在中央空调水系统中,很多系统都配备了板式换热器免费制冷系统,作为冬季和过渡季时制冷使用。通常认为在冬季和过渡季时室外空气温度较低,可以使用冷却塔、板换进行免费制冷,获取冷冻水;从而减少冷水机组的开启,达到节能的目的。但就笔者在很多项目调研时看到,很多免费制冷设备并没有使用,或使用时间非常短;没有达到设计使用效果。设备增加了初投资,但利用率过低,非常不经济。基于此点,本文首先介绍了板式换热器形式的免费制冷系统的工作原理,并在此基础上分析了对于不同的系统的不同应用特点对于该系统的取舍,希望在设计或规划初期,能够起到帮助用户进行分析的作用。In the central air conditioning water system,many systems are equipped with plate heat exchanger free refrigeration system,which is used for refrigeration in winter and transition season.It is generally considered that the outdoor air temperature is low in winter and transition season,and cooling tower and plate exchanger can be used for free refrigeration to obtain chilled water.So as to reduce the opening of the chiller and achieve the purpose of energy saving.However,the author has seen in many project research that many free refrigeration equipment have not been used or have been used for a very short time.The design effect is not achieved.The initial investment of equipment is increased,but the utilization rate is too low and very uneconomic.Based on this point,this paper first introduces the working principle of the free refrigeration system in the form of plate heat exchanger,and analyzes the different application characteristics of different systems,and the choice of the system,hoping to help users analyze in the early stage of design or planning.
