摘  要:引江济淮工程施工产生大量弃渣,对弃渣场进行综合治理是确保工程顺利实施的重要举措之一。通过对引江济淮试验工程弃渣场存在的问题进行分析,提出了3种综合治理方案,并从耕地面积恢复、整治效果、实施难度、复垦进度和可比投资这几个方面对3种方案进行比较分析。结果显示,方案3具有更好的治理效果和性价比。The project of diversion from the Yangtze River to the Huaihe River has the characteristics of producing a large amount of waste slag. Comprehensive treatment of the waste slag site is one of the important measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. By analyzing the problems existing in the waste slag site of the pilot project of diversion from the Yangtze River to the Huaihe River, three comprehensive treatment schemes are proposed. The three schemes are compared and analyzed from the aspects of cultivated land restoration, improvement effect, implementation difficulty, reclamation progress and comparable investment. The results show that Option 3 has better governance effects and cost-effectiveness.
