基于CiteSpace的国内外结核病负担研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的系统梳理2010—2020年国内外结核病负担的研究文献,并挖掘研究热点。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)数据库2010—2020年国内外结核病负担的研究文献,利用CiteSpace5.7 R2软件进行可视化分析。结果 CNKI纳入45篇文献,频次最高的研究者是白丽琼和肖水源;热点关键词是患病代价、结核、疾病经济负担等。WOS纳入96篇文献,发文最多的国家是美国;频次最高的研究者是Garcia-Basteiro,.和Ogbo;热点关键词是impact、service、HIV等。结论结核病负担的研究处于上升趋势,研究热点和前沿集中在经济负担。Objective Systematically review of domestic and foreign literatures on the burden of tuberculosis from 2010 to 2020, and mining research hotspots. Methods Relevant literatures about the burden of tuberculosis in China and abroad from 2010 to 2020 in CNKI and Web of Science(WOS) databases were searched, and CiteSpace 5.7 R2 software was used for visual analysis.Results A total of 45 papers were included from CNKI database. The researchers who published the most frequently were Bai Liqiong and Xiao Shuiyuan. The key words were the cost of disease,tuberculosis, economic burden of disease, etc. A total of 96 papers were included from WOS database, and the most published articles were from the United States. The researcher who published the most frequently was Garcia-Basteiro and Ogbo. The hot keywords were IMPACT,SERVICE, HIV, etc. Conclusions The burden of tuberculosis is rising, and hot research focused on economic burden.
