摘　　要：目的了解四川省居民健康素养提升的难点,为进一步提高四川省健康素养水平提供参考与建议。方法2020年,将4个县(区)及省级相关部门19名人员作为研究对象,进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi进行资料分析,剖析在实际工作中居民健康素养水平提升遇到的问题。结果健康素养提升存在管理与考核机制不健全;部门联动不足;健康教育形式单一传统,缺乏针对性;健康教育体系及职能有待加强;健康教育经费使用效率不高;专业人才队伍建设不够等问题。结论应压实各级政府责任,建立全省管理和绩效考核评价机制;强化部门责任,健全联动机制;丰富健康教育活动的内容和形式;加强健康教育体系建设;优化健康教育经费使用;加强健康教育人员队伍和能力建设。Objective To understand the difficulties in improving health literacy of residents in Sichuan province so as to provide reference and suggestions for further improving the level of health literacy. Methods In 2020, 19 personnel from 4 counties(districts) and relevant provincial departments were interviewed. Colaizzi was used to analyze the problems encountered in the improvement of residents’ health literacy level in practical work. Results The management and assessment mechanism of health literacy promotion is not sound. The interaction between different departments is lacking. The form of health education is single and traditional, lacking pertinence and limited coverage. Health education system and functions need to be strengthened. The use of health education funds is not efficient. The construction of professional personnel team is not enough. Conclusions The responsibilities of governments at all levels should be consolidated, and the province′ s management and performance appraisal mechanisms should be established.Departmental responsibilities should be strengthened, and the linkage mechanism should be improved. The content and forms of health education activities should be enriched. Health education system construction should be strengthened,the use of health education funds should be optimized,and the team and capacity building of health education personnel should be improved.
