摘 要:基于连续体结构拓扑优化变密度法,以相对单元密度为设计变量,体积分数为约束条件,结构应变能最小化为优化目标,对静力荷载作用下的H型钢梁腹板截面进行了拓扑优化研究。通过对优化后的结构进行几何重构,获得一种新型腹板开孔钢梁。与传统圆形开孔梁和六边形开孔梁相比,在用钢量相同的情况下,新型开孔梁的应力分布更为均匀,屈服荷载也有较大提高。采用不同跨高比、不同腹板高厚比、不同开孔参数讨论了腹板设计参数对优化结果的影响。研究表明:随着开孔的增大,结构屈服荷载逐渐降低;腹板开孔形式对结构失效模式有较大影响,随着开孔的增大,梁的失效模式分别呈现出整体失稳破坏、局部剪切破坏、腹板受剪屈曲破坏、腹板孔洞连接处的塑性强度破坏。Based on the variable density method of continuum structure topology optimization,with the relative unit density as the design variable, the volume fraction as the constraint condition and the structural strain energy minimization as the optimization objective, we studied the topology optimization of the web section of H-beam under static load. Through geometric reconstruction of the optimized structure, a new type of steel beam with openings on the web is obtained. Under the same steel consumption, the stress distribution of the new-type perforated beam is more uniform and the yield load is increased compared with the traditional circular perforated beam and hexagonal perforated beam. The influence of web design parameters on optimization results is discussed by using different span-height ratio, different web height-thickness ratio and different opening parameters. The results show that with the increase of opening,the yield load of the structure gradually decreases, and the form of web opening greatly affects the failure mode of the structure. With the increase of opening, the failure modes of the beam are overall instability failure, local shear failure, shear buckling failure of the web and plastic strength failure of the web hole joint. The research in this paper provides some reference for the manufacturing and application of new-type perforated beams.
