摘 要:为提高薄壁钢管混凝土柱的力学性能,提出了螺旋肋薄壁钢管混凝土新型组合构件。对普通与螺旋肋薄壁钢管混凝土叠合柱进行水平滞回试验发现,螺旋肋可对薄壁钢管形成较好的约束,延缓局部屈曲发生,构件水平抗震承载力与变形能力均得到有效提高。基于试验结果,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对螺旋肋薄壁钢管混凝土叠合柱进行了验证模型分析,在破坏模式、承载力和变形能力等方面吻合较好。在此基础上,对螺旋肋数量、钢筋数量及螺距进行了参数分析,结果表明:随螺旋肋与钢筋数量增加,构件承载力随之提高,但数量过多,会对外部混凝土产生不利作用,螺距对构件性能影响不大。最后,根据试验与参数分析结果,给出了设计建议。In order to improve the mechanical properties of thin-walled concrete-filled steel tubular columns, a new type of composite member with spiral ribs is proposed in this paper. The horizontal hysteretic test of ordinary and thin-walled concrete-encapsulated steel tubular composite column shows that the spiral stiffener can restrain the thin-walled steel tube, delay the local buckling, and effectively improve the horizontal seismic bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the members. Based on the test results, this paper uses ABAQUS finite element software to verify the model analysis of thin-walled concrete-encapsulated steel tubular composite column with spiral ribs, which is in good agreement with the failure mode, bearing capacity and deformation capacity. On this basis, the number of spiral ribs, the number of steel bars, and the pitch are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the number of spiral ribs and steel bars, the bearing capacity of the component increases, but too many of them will have adverse effects on the external concrete;the pitch has little impact on the performance of the component. According to the results of experiment and parameter analysis, the design suggestions are given. The research in this paper can provide reference for the engineering application of the new composite member.
