摘 要:基于多孔介质理论和流体力学,在土壤-大气模型下,通过CFD软件对不同土壤工况影响下的埋地天然气管道的泄漏扩散过程进行仿真模拟,得出了埋地燃气管道泄漏事故发生后,不同土壤工况下天然气在土壤、空气中的扩散规律和危险区域范围的演变过程,以及泄漏事故发生后1 h内地面上天然气质量流量变化情况。结果表明:埋地燃气管道泄漏事故发生后,土壤中的天然气呈以泄漏孔为中心的椭球形分布,天然气扩散至地面后,地面上会出现天然气的液池现象,天然气在土壤中的扩散速率越大,地面上天然气液池的范围越大;沙土、壤土、黏土工况下天然气在土壤和空气中的危险半径依次降低,地面上天然气的质量流量依次减小。The diffusion process of gas leakage in buried gas pipeline is affected by many factors. In this paper,based on porous media theory and fluid mechanics, the leakage and diffusion process of buried natural gas pipelines under the influence of different soil working conditions was simulated by Fluent software under the soil-atmosphere model. The diffusion law of natural gas in soil and air and the evolution process of hazardous area under different soil working conditions after the occurrence of buried pipeline leakage accident were obtained. So was the variation of the natural gas mass flow on the inland surface one hour after the occurrence of the leakage accident.The results indicate that after the leakage accident of buried gas pipeline,the natural gas in the soil shows an ellipsoidal distribution centered on the leakage hole. When natural gas diffuses to the surface,there is a natural gas pool on the surface. The larger the diffusion rate of natural gas in soil,the larger the range of natural gas liquid pool on the ground. The diffusion rate of natural gas in sandy soil is about 20% higher than that in loam,while the diffusion rate of natural gas in clay is only 47% of that in sandy soil. Under the working conditions of sandy soil,loam and clay, the danger radius of natural gas in soil and air decreases successively, and the mass flow rate of natural gas on the ground decreases successively.
