当代中国社会矛盾凸现的原因及其化解之道

摘　　要：当下中国社会处于社会矛盾和冲突的凸现期。凸现的基本原因是:社会转型与利益的分化、多元化;多种所有制经济结构的形成和资源占有的结构性不平等;社会转型和体制变革的多元性;社会活力的不断迸发与制度供给的不足;风险社会来临与社会问题和社会矛盾增多等。治理、化解社会矛盾和冲突的制度机制是多元的,其中包括产权治理、收入分配治理、就业和社会保障治理、权力控制和政治参与治理、“劳”“资”“政”合作治理。社会转型和社会主义现代化的过程是长期的,治理社会矛盾的任务是长期的、艰巨的。Chinese society is now undergoing a period in which social contradictions are emerging intensively.The basic reasons include the following five aspects:social transformation and the differentiation and diversification of interests;the formation of multi-ownership economy and the structural inequality of resource possession;pluralism of social transformation and institutional reform;the constantly unleashed social vitality and the shortage of corresponding institutions;the advent of risk society and the increase of social problems and conflicts.There are various approaches for governing and resolving social conflicts,which include the governance of property rights,income distribution,employment and social security,power control and political participation,and multi-agent cooperation(i.e.,the communication among laborers,proprietors,and government).The process of social transformation and socialist modernization is continuous,and managing social contradictions is a long-term and onerous task.
