摘  要:为了研究GJB 150.11A盐雾试验与海洋气候环境盐雾腐蚀的加速关系。本文以碳钢Q235为研究对象,开展碳钢Q235在GJB 150.11A的标准试验条件下的长期盐雾腐蚀试验,并参考碳钢Q235在自然海洋环境试验场的腐蚀数据,以及GB/T 19292.1-2018的数据,给出碳钢Q235在GJB 150.11A的标准试验条件与自然海洋气候环境下盐雾腐蚀的加速等效性关系。结果显示碳钢Q235在GJB 150.11A盐雾试验环境下相对于湛江市东海岛距离海岸线200 m海洋环境试验场环境,加速系数倍。碳钢Q235在GJB 150.11A盐雾试验环境下的长期腐蚀符合GB/T 19292.2标准的腐蚀模型。腐蚀模型长期腐蚀预测数据与本次盐雾试验数据误差小于6.04%。证明可以依据GJB 150.11A盐雾试验标准开展碳钢的海洋大气环境加速腐蚀研究。The accelerated relationship between GJB 150.11A salt fog test and marine climate salt fog test was studied.In this paper,the long-term salt fog corrosion test of carbon steel Q235 under the standard test conditions of GJB 150.11A is carried out.Referring to the corrosion data of carbon steel Q235 in the natural marine test site and the data of GB/T 19292.1-2018,the salt fog corrosion accelerated equivalence relationship of carbon steel Q235 between the GJB 150.11A standard test conditions and the natural marine climate environment is given.Under the GJB 150.11A salt fog test environment,the acceleration coefficient of carbon steel Q235 is higher than that of the marine environment test site 200m away from the coastline on the east island of Zhanjiang City α=22.19 times.The long-term corrosion of carbon steel Q235 in GJB 150.11A salt fog test environment meets the corrosion model of GB/T 19292.2 standard.The error between the long-term corrosion prediction data of the corrosion model and the salt fog test data is less than 6.04%.The accelerated corrosion of carbon steel in marine atmospheric environment can be studied according to GJB 150.11A salt fog test.
