摘 要:本文对国内环境应力筛选相关的标准进行了研究,通过理论计算和实际产品的试验验证两个维度对环境应力筛选进行了优化。结合我单位电路板的实际情况,研究了组件级别温度冲击中温度保持时间,温变率,温度循环次数等因素。通过对几组电路板组件温度冲击筛选度的计算,提出了最优温度循环次数的试验设计方法。通过两箱法对我公司的通信电子产品进行试验,证明了10个循环次数的合理性。整机的环境应力筛选中参照了可靠性鉴定试验的综合应力剖面,进行了电压拉偏和三次重启再通电。在一个温度循环4 h不变的前提下,考虑到高温通电会导致产品升温时间变短,因此在温度剖面中适当增加了低温保持时间。后续整机的可靠性鉴定试验一次性通过,同样证明了环境应力筛选优化的有效性。In this paper,the relevant standards of domestic environmental stress screening,through theoretical calculation and actual product testing to verify the two dimensions of the environmental stress screening have been optimized.Combined with the actual situation of our unit circuit board,the factors such as temperature holding time,temperature change rate and temperature cycle times in component level temperature impact are studied.Through the calculations of several screening strength of the temperature shock of the circuit board components,the experimental design method of the optimal temperature cycle number is proposed.Some communication electronic products of our company have been tested by two-box method,and the rationality of 10 cycle times has been proved.According to the comprehensive stress profile of the reliability testing for qualification,the environmental stress screening of the equipment was subjected to voltage stretching and power on after three restarts.Considering the high temperature electrification will lead to a shorter heating time,a cycle of 4 hours unchanged under the premise of an appropriate increase in the low temperature holding time.The subsequent reliability testing for qualification of the equipment passed all at once,indirectly proving the validity of the environment stress screening.
