摘 要:本文分析了压缩型压电加速度传感器产生瞬变温度灵敏度的主要原因,对其进行分析建模,并提出一种简化的瞬变温度灵敏度计算模型;设计了瞬变温度灵敏度的测试系统,通过实验对比了国内外高温加速度传感器的相关性能参数,实验结果表明,在测试过程中,相同的动态温度场作用下,国产高温加速度传感器将产生更大的测量误差;最后将模型数据与实验数据进行对比,对比结果表明模拟信号波形与实验中信号波形的变化趋势一致,模拟信号最大值与实测最大值相差9.1%,模拟信号到达最大值的时间比实测信号到达最大值的时间提前1.3 s,证明该模型能够表征加速度传感器在动态温度场中的输出情况。In this paper,the main reasons of the transient temperature sensitivity of the compression piezoelectric acceleration sensor are analyzed,and a simplified calculation model of the transient temperature sensitivity is proposed.Parameters of domestic and foreign high temperature acceleration sensors are compared through experiments.The experimental results show that the domestic high temperature acceleration sensors will produce greater measurement error under the same dynamic temperature field in the test process.Finally,the model data were compared with the experimental data,and the comparison results showed that the variation trend of the analog signal waveform was consistent with that of the experimental signal waveform.The difference between the maximum value of the analog signal and the measured one was 9.1%,and the time for the analog signal to reach the maximum value was 1.3 seconds earlier than that of the measured one.It is proved that the model can represent the output of the acceleration sensor in the dynamic temperature field.
