摘 要:传统方法分析汽车转向节的疲劳失效问题时,未考虑低载荷效应,导致其分析效果不理想。为此,提出基于云计算的汽车转向节疲劳失效分析方法。该方法通过构建云计算虚拟平台采集汽车的相关数据,并建立汽车转向节有限元分析模型。基于该模型获取汽车转向节的等效应力谱以及应力谱密度,然后利用低载荷效应分析转向节载荷幅值、疲劳失效寿命。实验结果表明,应用该方法进行转向节疲劳失效分析后,所得分析结果更可靠,可将其作为转向节生产过程的有效参考数据。When the traditional method is used to analyze the fatigue failure of automobile steering knuckle,the low load effect is not taken into account.Therefore,a fatigue failure analysis method of steering knuckle based on cloud computing was proposed.In this method,the cloud computing virtual platform is built to collect the relevant data of the automobile,and the finite element analysis model of the automobile steering knuckle is established.Based on the model,the equivalent stress spectrum and stress spectrum density of the steering knuckle were obtained,and then the load amplitude and fatigue failure life of the steering knuckle were analyzed using the low load effect.Experimental results show that the proposed method is more reliable for fatigue failure analysis of steering knuckle,which can be used as an effective reference data in the production process of steering knuckle.
