摘　　要：论文提出了一种集群测控系统,以高经济性地解决高压变电站母线测控装置无后备的难题。系统构建了全新的变电站测控系统架构,设计了实现数据同步采集、传输和上送的优化方案,并改进了数据遥测方法,消除了变电站测控装置冗余方案的空白。方案对参与功率平衡度的多间隔交流量数据进行同步采集、同步传输后,实现同步上送遥测值的功能,保证了各间隔遥测数据的同步性。为了从变电站源头辨识数据,将遥测算法改进为迭代计算,以保证上送队列能随时取到最新的遥测结果。最后,以某550 kV特高压变电站为例进行母线功率平衡仿真验证分析,结果表明该系统对改善母线功率不平衡效果明显。In this paper,a cluster measurement and control system is proposed to solve the problem of high-voltage substation bus measurement and control device without backup.The cluster measurement and control system constructs a new substation measurement and control system architecture,designs an optimized scheme to realize synchronous data acquisition,transmission and upload,and improves the data telemetry method,eliminating the blank of redundant scheme of substation measurement and control device.After synchronous acquisition and transmission of all the multi interval AC flow data participating in power balance on the same bus,the function of sending telemetry value synchronously by virtual measurement and control is realized to ensure the synchronization of telemetry data of each interval.In order to identify the data from the source of substation,the telemetry algorithm is improved to iterative calculation to ensure that the up-to-date telemetry results can be obtained at any time.Finally,a 550kV UHV substation is taken as an example to verify the bus power balance simulation.The results show that the system has obvious effect on improving the bus power imbalance.
