不同浓度海藻糖对伊拉兔精液常温保存效果的影响

摘　　要：为研究海藻糖对伊拉兔精液常温保存效果的影响,在伊拉兔精液稀释液中添加不同浓度(0、50、100、150 mmol/L)的海藻糖进行常温保存试验,检测伊拉兔精子活力和前向运动率。结果显示,在伊拉兔精液稀释液中添加海藻糖保存24 h后,0 mmol/L、50 mmol/L和100 mmol/L三组精子活力差异均不显著(P>0.05);保存48 h后,0mmol/L与其余3组间精子活力差异显著(P<0.05)。50 mmol/L组的精子前向运动率显著高于其余3组(P<0.05)。说明在伊拉兔精液稀释液中,添加50、100、150 mmol/L三种不同浓度的海藻糖对伊拉兔精子活率并没有起到提高作用,其中后两种浓度对兔精液精子活率具有降低作用。In order to study the effect of trehalose on the preservation of semen of Iraq rabbits at room temperature,different concentrations(0,50,100,150 mmol/L)of trehalose were added to the semen diluent of Iraq rabbits for room temperature preservation test,and the sperm motility and forward movement rate of Iraq rabbits were detected.The results showed that there was no significant difference in sperm motility among 0,50 and 100 mmol/L groups after 24 hours of storage(P>0.05).There was significant difference in sperm motility between 0 mmol/L group and other three groups after 48 h storage(P<0.05).The forward movement rate of sperm in 50 mmol/L group was significantly higher than that in the other three groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 50,100,150 mmol/L trehalose did not improve the sperm viability of Iraq rabbit,and the latter two concentrations had a lower effect on rabbit semen.
