摘 要:为了解规模化肉牛场球虫感染情况及其种类,采用饱和盐水漂浮法和麦克马斯特氏计数法对规模化肉牛场的新鲜粪便样品进行了虫种鉴定及感染情况调查。结果显示,规模化肉牛场均存在球虫感染情况,感染率33%;在不同月龄段感染情况中,4~6月龄肉牛感染率最高(54.55%),12月龄最低(21.42%)。本次调查鉴定出的球虫种类共有7种,其中优势种为牛艾美耳球虫、邱氏艾美耳球虫和椭圆艾美耳球虫,其他4种为柱状艾美耳球虫、阿拉巴马艾美耳球虫、亚球艾美耳球虫和加拿大艾美耳球虫。In order to understand the situation and types of coccidiosis in scale beef cattle farms,the saturated salt method and the Macmaster's method were used to identify the species and determine the infection of fresh fecal samples from five scale beef cattle farms.The results showed that coccidiosis was present in all five scale beef cattle farms.The total infection rate was 33%.It was found that in different months of infection,4-6 months old beef cattle had the highest infection rate in the different months of the survey,with an infection rate of 54.55%and beef cattle above 12 months of age had the lowest infection rate in the different months of the survey,with an infection rate of 21.42%.There were 7 species of coccidiosis identified in this investigation,among which the dominant species were E.bovis,E.zurnii and E.ellipsoidall,and the other four species(E.cylindrica,E.alabamensis,E.subspherica and E.canadensis have fewer infections).
