摘　　要：ESG是集环境治理、社会责任、公司治理三者之大成的可持续发展重要抓手。文章梳理了ESG理念及其演变历程,从资本市场和行业管理两个层面阐述了E S G治理对全球矿业可持续发展的推动作用。通过总结我国矿业ESG相关政策和实践,指出ESG管理成为与资源量同样重要的矿业企业可持续发展第二驱动轮,可以有力地提升矿业企业竞争力。当前我国矿业企业践行E S G面临缺乏总体政策规则、行业倡议及标准不足、发展不均衡等难点,需要积极与国际接轨,制订出台矿业ESG政策和标准,并充分发挥行业组织作用。ESG is essential support for sustainable development integrating environmental governance,social responsibility,and corporate governance.The article reviews the ESG concept and its evolution and illustrates the role of ESG governance in promoting the sustainable development of the global mining industry from two levels,namely capital market and industry management.By summarizing ESG policies and practices in China's mining industry,the article points out that ESG management has become the second driving wheel of sustainable development of mining enterprises,which is as important as resource quantity and can enormously enhance the competitiveness of mining enterprises.At present,China's mining enterprises face difficulties in implementing ESG such as lack of overall policies and rules,insufficient industry initiatives and standards,and uneven development,and need to actively align with international standards,formulate and introduce mining ESG policies and standards,and give full play to the role of industry organizations.
