摘 要:文章基于地租理论和土地报酬递减规律,利用全国54家国家高新区2007—2015间隔年面板数据,通过固定效应模型对国家高新区用地集约与城市经济增长的关系进行了实证检验。结果表明:(1)国家高新区用地集约对城市经济增长具有正向推动作用,且二者存在倒“U”型关系;(2)国家高新区用地集约对城市经济的影响存在门槛效应,在用地集约度提升初期推动城市经济增长,达到一定程度后,用地过度集约引起的负外部性将抑制城市经济增长。基于研究结果从三个方面提出国家高新区用地管理建议。Based on the land rent theory and the land law of diminishing returns,this article uses panel data of 54 national high-tech zones across the country from the gap year during 2007—2015 to conduct an empirical test on the relationship between land intensification of national high-tech zones and urban economic growth through a fixed-effect model.The results show that:(1)The land intensification of the national high-tech zone has a positive effect on urban economic growth,and there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the two;(2)The land intensification of the national high-tech zone has a threshold effect on the urban economy,at the initial stage,the increase in land intensiveness promotes urban economic growth,after reaching a certain level,the negative externalities caused by excessive land use will inhibit urban economic growth.Based on the research results,the article puts forward the land management recommendations of the national high-tech zone from three aspects.
