新中国成立初期《人民日报》对“三反”运动的宣传动员

摘　　要：新中国成立初期,中共基于国际环境复杂、抗美援朝战争持续以及国内财政危机的背景,开展了“反贪污”“反浪费”“反官僚主义”运动。“三反”运动与《人民日报》宣传动员密不可分。《人民日报》走群众路线,以丰富的报道形式与亲近读者的体裁满足大众需要,将政党意志与方向潜移默化的传递给民众,鼓励群众积极检举腐败行为,促使有错误行为的单位与个人展开自我检讨与反思,实现了社会化宣传效果,为中共树立执政权威,巩固新政权创造了有利条件。In the early days of the founding of China,based on the complex international environment,the continuous Korean War and the domestic financial crisis,the CPC launched the"anti-corruption","anti-waste"and"anti-bureaucracy"campaign.The three campaigns are inseparable from the propaganda and mobilization of People’s Daily.People’s daily follows the mass line,satisfies the needs of the public with rich reporting forms and reader’s relevant genres,imperceptibly transmits the Party’s will and direction to the public,encourages the masses to actively report corruption,urges units and individuals with wrong behaviors to carry out selfexamination and reflection,realizes the effect of Socialized propaganda,establishes the ruling authority for the CPC,and consolidates the new regime with favorable conditions.
