摘 要:硝酸盐污染物与重金属复合污染是养殖水体中常见的难以处理的环境污染形式之一。本文研究不同重金属和硝酸盐共存对脱氮副球菌Paracoccus sp.YF1去除Zn(II)和硝酸盐的影响。结果表明,在单独存在Zn(II)的情况下,菌株的除锌效果不佳,仅为14.2%,在加入Cu(II)后可以促进对Zn(II)的去除,去除率上升到17.3%。低浓度的Zn(II)可促进生物脱氮效果,但随着Cu(II)的加入,会抑制菌株的生长并影响其脱氮能力。与Zn(II)单独存在的情况相比,其脱氮效率降低了37.5%。Combined pollution caused by nitrate pollutant and heavy metal were one of the common environmental pollution forms that were hard to deal with in aquaculture wastewater.This study investigated the effects of coexistence of heavy metals and nitrate on the biological removal of Zn(II)and nitrate by Paracoccus sp.YF1.Compared with control group,the strain exhibited higher Zn(II)removal efficiency after the addition of Cu(II),which increased from14.2%to 17.3%.Low concentration of Zn(II)can promote biological denitrification,but the addition of Cu(II)will inhibit the growth of strain and the nitrogen removal efficiency was reduced by 37.5%.
