摘 要:实验利用浸没沉淀相转化技术成功制备出用于处理有机废水的APTES-SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)/PVDF复合膜。测试结果表明,当APTES-SiO_(2)/TiO_(2)添加量10%时,制备的复合膜孔隙率相较于纯PVDF膜有明显提高,纯水通量达69.81L/m^(2)·h,对有机废水的截留率由纯PVDF膜的27.32%提升至89.32%。制备出的复合膜在有机废水处理中具有优异性能。In this study,APTES-SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)/PVDF composite membrane was successfully synthesized via the immersion precipitation for the treatment of organic wastewater.The membrane was characterized using surface porosity and the performance was evaluated via the pure water flux measurement as well as rejection of organic pollutants.The results show that upon the addition of 10% APTES-SiO_(2)/TiO_(2),the porosity of the composite membrane was significantly higher than the pure PVDF membrane.The pure water flux reaches 69.81L/m^(2)·h,and the rejection rate of organic wastewater increased from 27.32% to 89.32%.The prepared composite membrane presents an excellent performance for the treatment of organic wastewater.
