摘  要:舟山石化延迟焦化装置掺炼了部分氯含量高达1216mg/kg的胜利原油,从胜利原油加工情况及分析数据来看,氯含量分布主要集中在加氢精制原料中,导致设备氯化铵结晶非常严重,影响馏份油加氢装置安全平稳运行,本文通过对胜利原油又进行总结探索,制定措施,以较低的投入取得了较好的经济效益。Zhoushan petrochemical’s delayed coking unit blends part of Shengli crude oil with a chlorine content of up to 1216mg/kg.From the processing conditions and analysis data of shengli crude oil,the distribution of chlorine content is mainly concentrated in the hydrorefining raw materials,which leads to the crystallization of ammonium chloride in the equipment.It is very serious,affecting the safe and stable operation of the distillate oil hydrogenation unit.Through the summary and exploration of Shengli crude oil,this paper formulates measures and obtains better economic benefits with low investment.
