摘　　要：简述过氧化二异丙苯生产装置缩合反应的基本工艺,分析了影响缩合反应进行的因素以及可能对生产工艺控制产生的影响,结合实际生产情况针对缩合反应的工艺控制以及安全措施提出建议。Tthe basic process of dicumyl peroxide condensation reaction is briefly described.Various factors affecting the condensation reaction and their possible impact on the production process control are analyzed.Combined with the actual production situation,suggestions are put forward for the process control and safety measures of condensation reaction.
